What helps us investigate
- Include iOS or Android, your device model, app version and the approximate time of the issue.
- Briefly describe what happened and what you expected. Where relevant, mention Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- Do not send passwords, one-time codes, access keys or payment details. A diagnostic report is sent only with your permission.
A request about your data
Email privacy@4vpn.app and specify iOS or Android to ask about your data, request a correction or request deletion. We will route your request to the company responsible for your version. We may need to verify that the data relates to you. Your platform’s policy explains response and deletion procedures.
